energise & prioritise

In this session:

Firstly, sorry the video didn’t work this morning - not sure what happened there. This morning we energise and re-prioritise. This is something I do in the morning when I am feeling sluggish, low motivation, a bit paralysed to get started with things, or even hazy in the head.

  • Power Breathing/ Wim Hof Style

  • Journaling our priorities to stay healthy, loving life, and supported

Breathing

3 x rounds of Wim Hof Style power breathing

Each round goes like this:

  • 30 inhalations x 30 exhalations FULLY IN/ FULLY OUT, no breaks between breaths

  • Hold for 30 seconds (increase each round by 10 seconds)

  • Breath in, hold for 10 seconds and release

Make 3 lists and add to them throughout the week. As you think about developing your routine Monday-Sunday, you want to make sure it includes all these things daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, etc. When these lists are out—of—whack, we follow suit.

  3. People who love and care about my growth and transformation
