WTF am I doing with life? What is the point?

If you have felt yourself pondering these questions - we have a toolkit for you to navigate through the difficulty of emotions that usually arise around these questions.

This transformative event is about integrating functional and heartfelt tools to leave you feeling empowered through life’s moments of instability.

The timing of this event couldn't be more synchronistic - it will be taking place on the Full Flower Moon, a powerful lunar climax reminding us that going from seed to bloom requires a full transformation, a kind of cracking of your present reality, and that kind of rebirth isn't always easy.

Guided by experienced facilitators Karina and Paisley, this heartfelt, life-relevant, nervous system-regulating event is designed to help you navigate the changes in your life.

We invite you to come and get comfy with us, and explore your vulnerability: through journaling, meditation, and breathwork, you'll learn to cultivate a sense of clarity, peace of mind, and confidence to build your inner resilience when facing the curveballs of life, head on.



ABOUT US:

Karina Paxinos is a 500Hr Qualified Yoga Teacher who is passionate about movement and the human form. She specializes in a wide variety of class styles including meditation, pranayama, Vinyasa levels 1-3, restorative & Yoga Nidra. She also explores the deep connection between breath and body, intuition, and sensation.

Paisley Madison is a mindset and meditation coach who champions the importance of mental health, community, and spirituality. She has traveled the world in search of unique experiences and great teachers who challenge and expand the human condition. Her areas of expertise include philosophical inquiry, meditation, journaling, and ITA Energy Medicine.

We meet every Tuesday morning at 6:30 AM at North Cottesloe Beach and enjoy the sunrise together.

20 minutes of no technology or noise, just peace and quiet. Afterward, we go for a quick dip in the ocean (optional), grab a coffee, and get to know one another!
